I have recently read an online post of an interview with Pastor Tim Keller by Darryl at Dashhouse.com which really energized me and caused me to rush over to Amazon to purchase a book by D.A. Carson.
Tim Keller is someone I hold in high regard. I have similar respect for the Gospel Coalition of which he is a co-founder. Read the interview you can understand why.
In the interview he pinpoints some of the struggles I have had in my thinking when it comes to understanding our role as the church in culture. There has been an ongoing debate in my mind and this article help to really give me clarity as I think about the issue. In recent years as I have come to more fully appreciate the gospel I eagerly anticipate rethinking my views of the church and culture in this light.
