
Patience. That is something I am learning right now. It is now week three of rest in regards to my knee inflammation from my half marathon run on February 16. I am sure that it didn't help any when I ran for three miles just two days later...
It is amazing to think that I would miss being able to run this much, but yet I am. Hopefully just one more week of rest and next week we can get back into the aerobic routine again.
It serves as a reminder that those of us who have our health and the ability to exercise have a lot to be thankful for!

Awesome lesson to learn. I have to learn it about every week. I go in cycles of overdoing a bit, then needing to recover, then overdoing a bit. As I've gotten stronger the hills are starting to flatten out a bit.
